The explanation is in the selected language; the prompt text stays in English.
Why use it
Helps a teacher write short, specific, encouraging feedback on a student's work: two strengths, two fixes and one next step.
How to use it
Put the task goal and grading criteria in [CRITERIA] and the student's text, without a name, in [PASTE WORK]. Adjust the feedback in your own voice before sharing it.
Short example
Criteria: essay structure, evidence, spelling. Work: three paragraphs from a grade 7 essay, "My Village", name removed.
What to expect
Three short sections: Strengths (two quotes from the work), Improve (two key fixes with an example), Next step. At most 150 words.
Precautions and tips
- Never include the student's name, class or school; keep the work anonymous.
- Read and edit the feedback yourself before giving it to the student.
- It does not replace grading: the final mark is yours.
